Getting Started with Grow-Fit Club
Welcome to Grow-Fit Club! This guide will help you create your account, join your first group, and connect your fitness tracker to start your journey toward better health with friends and colleagues.
Step-by-Step Guide
How to Sign Up
• Visit grow-fit.club in your web browser
• Enter your email address in the sign-up form on the homepage
• Click the "Get Started" button
• Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a magic link
• Click the magic link to automatically create your account and sign in
• Complete your profile with your first and last name
Tip: Magic links expire after 10 minutes for security. If yours expires, simply request a new one from the sign-in page.

How to Accept a Group Invite
Via WhatsApp:
• Click the Grow-Fit Club link in your WhatsApp message
• You'll be redirected to the group invitation page
• Click "Accept Invitation" to join the group
Via Email:
• Open the group invitation email
• Click the "Join Group" button
• Sign in if prompted (using magic link)
Via Invite Code:
• Go to "Groups" in your dashboard
• Click "Join Group" and enter the invite code you received
Note: Group invitations expire after 7 days. Contact the group admin if your invite has expired.

How to Connect Your First Tracker
Prerequisites:
• You need an existing account with a supported fitness service:
- Fitbit account with active device
- Strava account with recorded activities
- Garmin Connect account
- Apple Health app on iPhone
- Google Fit app on Android
Connection Steps:
• Go to your "Profile" page in Grow-Fit Club
• Click "Connect Tracker" or "Add Device"
• Select your fitness service (Fitbit, Strava, etc.)
• You'll be redirected to the service's authorization page
• Sign in to your fitness service account
• Grant permission to access your fitness data
• You'll be redirected back to Grow-Fit Club
• Your first data sync will begin automatically
Important: Data syncs every 4 hours automatically. It may take a few minutes for your first stats to appear on the dashboard.
